Red Cedar Plaza

Red Cedar Plaza consists of three (3) buildings totaling over 33,000 sf of retail shops. Built in two (2) phases, the buildings have load bearing precast exterior walls, EIFS fronts, front and rear parking and a generous amount of storefront glass.  These functional and well constructed facilities are located in Menomonie, WI.


Minnetonka Crossings

This beautiful, well designed 26,000 sf 2 story mixed use office/retail facility is located in Minnetonka, MN.  The facility is complete with underground parking for the office tenants, ample on-site parking for the retail tenants underground storm water retention to achieve maximum use of the site. This project is unique in that it was designed and constructed with sustainability in mind, without the desire for certification accolades.


Lindsay - Minnetonka

This 11,200 sf Office/Retail facility located in Minnetonka, MN is a great example of creative use of a very tight piece of property. The facility has a full basement with two (2) 1st floor retail tenants and two (2) spacious office suites on the 2nd floor.  The building was built as a LEED facility utilizing various sustainable construction tequniques to help achieve the goal.


Maple Ridge

This gorgeous 37,300 sf mixed used office/retail building comes complete with underground parking. The building exterior has beautifully stamped precast panels to keep its beauty for many years to come.  The site required a significant soil correction, Westin Construction incorporated the use of drilled piers for the foundations saving the cleint both time and dollars during the construction process.
