Corporate Office & General Commercial
World Gym
11,000 sf full service gymnasium located in Reston, VA. The facility has accommodations for free weights, machines, sauna, lockers rooms and a complete nutrition center.
KleinBank Corporate Center
A 30,000 sf 2 story addition to an existing single story data center in Chaska, MN. The facility spurred the consolidation of all corporate and banking activities into a single location. With corporate operations on the first floor, the second floor has numerous executive office suites finished with beautiful custom millwork and trim.
Innovex, Inc.
One of the more challenging project Westin has completed, this 120,000 sf 2 story office / manufacturing facility is located in Maple Plain, MN. This fast-track project had an extremely aggressive schedule. The client relied on our committment that the project could be completed within their time frame. We are very proud to say, the project was completed on time and within our clients budget.
Frye and Wolcott Office Facility
This outstanding 4,500 sf office suite is located in Manassas Park, VA. The space contains high end finishes with all custom millwork, custom furniture and built in state-of-the-art technology to serve them well for many years to come.
DataLink Office Building
This beautiful 85,000 sf 2 story office building has approximately 15,000 sf of warehouse area. The exterior is precast wall panels, precast floor deck, rock faced CMU and brick veneer. The interior finishes are warm, inviting and dramatic as you enter this very unique and well cared for building. Westin Construction is very proud to have this building in our portfolio.
