Stonebridge Bank
A beautiful and unique 4,200 sf bank located in Downtown Minneapolis, MN. This project is a great example of a creative reuse of an old vacant facility. The original building was built in approximately 1920. The bank facility brought new life to the once forgotten building.
Security State Bank
An existing facility located in Maple Lake, MN, Westin Construction completed a 10,000 sf addition to this branch bank. The addition and remodel brought new technology to the facility and provided an new, updated feel to the existing building.
Richfield Bloomington Credit Union
This exiting and challenging 9,000 sf addition to an existing facility added a 2nd story to the original single story building. The second story addition and remodel was completed quickly and safely without a single lost day of operation for our client.
KleinBank – Coon Rapids
The vision and creativity to turn an old, vacant restaurant into a branch bank shows well on this project. The completion of a 1,500 sf addition to the building resulted in an attractive functional 4,320 sf bank located in Coon Rapids, MN.
First National Bank - Shakopee, MN
A new 10,000 sf branch bank located in Shakopee, MN includes a full basement, complete full service drive up teller, updated technology, and a beautiful teller line that will withstand the test of time.
